Dinesh P. Chandiramani
Dinesh is on the Board of Directors at Ashford, Inc. (NYSE American: AINC), which is a leading provider of asset management and other services to companies within the hospitality industry. Currently, Ashford serves as the advisor to two NYSE listed real estate investment trusts, Ashford Hospitality Trust ("Ashford Trust") and Braemar Hotels & Resorts. Combined, Ashford Trust and Braemar Hotels & Resorts have 131 hotels with more than 28,000 rooms and approximately $8.1 billion in assets.
Dinesh founded Hospitality Advisory Associates, LLC (HAA) in 2020, along with its subsidiaries Hospitality Advisory Services, LLC and Jeddak Construction Management, LLC. Collectively these companies offer a 360 solution to hospitality investors. HAA’s multi-disciplinary expertise is leveraged to assist clients throughout every stage of the hospitality investment life cycle. Jeddak Construction Management focuses on the hospitality sector. Services include from deal formation to operational turnover. Specializing in Development Planning and Programming, A & E and Designer Selection, Contractor(s) Selection, FF&E, OS&E Procurement Vendor Selection, Construction Quality Control, Pre-Opening Management, Project Delivery Closure Documentation and Brand Contract Negotiations.
Previously, Dinesh served as the SVP of Western North America for Radisson Hotel Group Americas (RHGA) where he led brand expansion throughout the Western United States and Canada. He successfully managed a six-member development team that generated 55% of RHGA's development revenue in 2019 for North and South America, combined. Dinesh was also instrumental in negotiating and executing the franchise agreement for the iconic 3,000 room TI Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, which is the largest single asset transaction in company history.
Prior to Radisson, Dinesh founded a leading national general contracting firm that managed ground up and renovation construction, design, and maintenance efforts for clients such as Goldman Sachs on national basis. The company preformed work in 21 states for over 23 different hotel brands, from Marriott to Wyndham.
Ryan M. Wall
Ryan is a highly effective and widely respected hospitality real estate professional who has previously held positions ranging from on-property management to appraisal and consulting, as well as franchise and investment sales.
He worked as a state licensed appraiser and consultant for over six years at HVS, an industry leading hospitality firm. At HVS, Ryan expanded the company’s presence in the Southwest region by establishing the Phoenix office where he appraised and consulted on over 250 hospitality assets with $3+ billion in value across the United States. Ryan was trusted to handle large-scale, complex, and outside the box projects by major clients such as Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Western Alliance, CW Capital, and LNR Partners, among others. He participated in portfolio valuations of major economy extended stay brands such as Extended Stay America, Value Place/Woodspring Suites, and Motel 6/Studio 6 during his time at HVS.
As a VP of Development for Radisson Hotel Group Americas (RHGA), Ryan negotiated franchise and management contracts for all brands within the RHGA portfolio, ranging from upper-upscale full-service to upper-midscale limited-service products. He expanded the Radisson Hotel Group’s room count in the Southwest region 30% in two years, along with adding the iconic 3,000 room TI Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Properties signed had on average 25% higher RevPAR than the brand’s norm.
Currently, Ryan serves as an asset management consultant for BPM Real Estate, helping to oversee the firm’s portfolio of hotel properties, which include the Hotel Vance, Portland and The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, both branded under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio. He also provides pre-opening asset management consulting on the upcoming Ritz Carlton Portland Residences, which is set to open in the Spring of 2023. Ryan works closely with the respective hotel operational teams (Crescent Hotel & Resorts and Marriott International) to optimize operational processes for greater efficiency including risk mitigation of investment/business strategy; budgeting and forecasting; revenue management; cash flow-through analysis; and other general operational support.
Ryan also works with PHC Hotel Advisors, a national real estate brokerage firm, where he specializes in hospitality investment sales with a predominant focus across Arizona and the greater Southwest region.
